Vietnamese Egg Rolls and Egg Noodle Chicken Soup: Phõ Ben Noodle House

So I tried Phõ for the first time and I must say, I have definitely been missing out. The broth is great and once you add in your sauces and add ins like basil and cilantro, you can create the perfect soup. This is a great meal if you are sick and need to open up your sinuses. You can make the soup have a nice kick to it with the fresh jalapeños and siracha.

This is one of my new favorite types of food. You will get full with this large bowl of Phõ and it is pretty low in fat as well.

This dish is called a Vermicelli Bowl. Bún Tôm Núông Chá Giò (#57) comes with char-grilled lemon shrimp and a fried egg roll.

Vietnamese Egg Rolls (#1) are pork, prawns, mushrooms, & vegetables grounded with diferent spices wrapped in a thin rice paper and deep-fried until crispy golden brown. They are served with fresh lettuce, pickled shredded carrots and daikon.

Mì Gà (#66) is an egg noodle chicken soup with white meat. The noodle soups come with a plate of fresh bean sprouts, limes, basil, cilantro and sliced fresh jalapeños.

They have a rewards system where once you spend $100, you receive $10 off your next meal! Be sure to ask them about it and visit their website at http://phobennoodle.com/
