Texas barbecue is the best type of barbecue. Rudy's "Country Store" is a great barbecue stop if you are ever in the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico or Oklahoma. They have ribs and sausage and turkey and chicken and porkloin and my favorite, BRISKET!

My family and I always get the Brisket Moist and have it sliced. We also get jalapeño sausage, regular sausage, and cream corn! It's super good and is fresh every time we go there.

Rudy's pits are 100% wood fired with oak, a slower burning wood than the mesquite used by others. They cook with a dry spice for each of their plates. They even have their famous special "sause".
