Fried Egg, Bacon and Garlic Aioli on a Burger: Guru Burgers and Crepes

My dad introduced me to eating a fried egg on a burger and I haven't went back to eating a regular burger ever since. The flavor you get with a fried egg on a burger is unmatched. Personally, I can't do a runny egg, but when my egg is fried hard, my burger is...sensational.

Guru Burgers and Crepes is a local business in Sugar Land Town Center. It is a nice little place that sells awesome burgers for reasonable prices.

The best time to go is actually during lunch time. From 11-3, you get a burger ($2 up-charge for specialty burgers), side kick salad, and your choice of a crisper for only $10! That's a deal! I got the Pancho again and Beet Chips as a Crisper! At first, I was skeptical on getting beet chips but surprisingly they are actually really good! I think I will get those every time I go from now on.

SIDE KICK SALAD- Spring Mix | Cherry Tomatoes (I asked for none) | Crispy Wonton Chips | Ginger Sesame Dressing

THE PANCHO (Specialty Burger)- Grass-fed Texas Akaushi Beef | Local Jalapeno Bacon | Pepperjack Cheese | Roasted Jalapeno | Home made Guac | Fresh Tomatoes (I asked for none) | Bibb Lettuce | Pickles (I asked for none) | Fried Egg

If you are ever in Sugar Land, stop by GURU! http://www.guruburgers.com/
