Nordstrom's Restaurant may not be called Bistro N anymore, but the food is still the same great food that leaves me satisfied every time.
Bazille is a full service restaurant located inside Nordstrom. It is a nice restaurant with a casual vibe that features bistro style cuisine.
We started off with an appetizer: Crab Bisque. The bisque is really good and the bread that comes on top complements it very well.
Next I had my main dish: Crab Macaroni and Cheese. Now, this is not your normal mac and cheese. Bazille's mac and cheese comes with jumbo lump crabmeat, orecchiette pasta, fontina cream sauce, gruyère cheese, and a parmesan cheese crisp. The dish comes with an organic arugula salad but I asked for a ceaser salad instead. The mac and cheese is very rich with an excellent flavor. The pasta is also different than your normal mac and cheese and gives it a different texture.
